Things to bring
For our rockclimbing tours, all you need to bring is comfortable clothes suitable to the weather, a rain coat, a beanie or woollen hat (recommended, but not essential), your water bottle, personal medication, sunscreen, sunhat and your camera!
Participant Requirements
Participants should have a moderate level of fitness, as there are some steep uphill sections to negotiate. Rockclimbing does involve some element of strength, flexibility and stamina – however you do not have to be an elite athlete to be a successful climber.
