A backpack, helmet, harness, carabiners, belay device, climbing shoes and all rockclimbing equipment is provided for all participants. You are welcome to bring your own climbing gear (harness, shoes, etc) and we will assess it for safe use on the day.
We provide a generous picnic lunch for all participants on our full day adventures. Lunch consists of an extensive salad buffet and is vegetarian friendly.
Things to bring
For our rockclimbing tours, all you need to bring is comfortable clothes suitable to the weather, a rain coat, a beanie or woollen hat (recommended, but not essential), your water bottle, personal medication, sunscreen, sunhat and your camera!
Participants should have a moderate level of fitness, as there are some steep uphill sections to negotiate. Rockclimbing does involve some element of strength, flexibility and stamina – however you do not have to be an elite athlete to be a successful climber.
